Mothers Day Dinner was indeed a dinner to behold. Chairman Jerry Cheang put out a dinner that would put most restaurants in the area to shame. Jerry Cheang arranged a seven course dinner fit for a queen.
- Bruschetta with tomato relish (Baguettes, diced tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, capers, balsamic vinegar & olive oil)
- Marinated prawns(prawns, vinaigrette dressing>
- Pasta with potatoes, green beans & basil pesto (pasta, red potatoes, green beans, olive oil, butter, chicken broth, pesto)
- Tomatoes with mozarella cheese
- Entree - Pork Tenderloin with Marsala sauce & Potao and carrot puree, asparagus and pine nuts
- Cream cheese & honey, Fontina and Havarti cheeses, fruit & bread (grapes, strawberries, apples, pears)
- Tiramisu (Lady fingers, eggs, chocolate, Marsala wine, whipping cream, coffee)
- Beverages: Bottled Water, Sparking Cider, White & Red Wine, Coffee & Tea
