ATT golf tournament - Feb. 6 - 9, 2003



The Salinas Lodge were successful in winning a bid to provide luncheon for the Spectator Transportation Drivers & conductors for the ATT Golf Tournament. Net proceeds will be used for our Youth scholarship program. We were required to provide luncheon for about 150 volunteers for the four days that the tournament was played.
This is chronicle of just one day that the Salinas Lodge workers has to go through.

The Daily menu is as follows:

  • Thursday: Barbacue Hamburger Sandwich
  • Friday: Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Saturday: Barbacue Tri-Tip Steak
  • Sunday: Cold Cut Sandwiches



The Co-Chairmen were Louis Lee & Sherman Low. They were instrumental in obtaining the winning bid to host the caterering of this event. Louis was the person that organized & obtained the neccessary food, & material & deliver it for this event. Another person who was instrumental in the event was Stanley Chan, who bought his expertise in barbacueing the first three days main entree of Hamburger, Grilled chicken & Tri-Tip steak.
