| On Saturday, January 9th, 2010 the Chinese Association of Salinas installed their Board of Officers
for the year 2010. The dinner was attended by about 100 persons. The dinner consisted of Prime Rib,
roasted potatos, green salad, french bread & ice cream in waffle cone top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream.
Chief of Police Louis Fetherolf & Salinas Mayor Dennis Donahue gave an update on the police situation
Tom O Wong installed pres. elect Louis Lee & the remaining Board of Officers.
