52th Anniversary Dinner 10/30/2004




Chefs Stan Chan, Linda Low and Richard Ng and their kitchen cohorts delivered a sumptuous down home meal of saugages and chicken wing hors d'oevres along with chips and dips. The Main course consisted of BBQ ribs, fried chicken, red beans and rice, cole slaw and potato salad with corn bread and honey butter. Finally, a wonderful dessert of apple crisp topped with huge scoops of ice cream
